When tadalafil 5mg is used in combination with alpha-blockers, the alpha-blocker dose should be stabilised before starting tadalafil. • Previous episode of non-arteritic anterior ischaemic optic neuropathy (NAION)

• Significant hypotension (blood pressure below 90/50 mmHg)
• Known hypersensitivity to tadalafil or any excipient
• Use in women, children, or adolescents (not licensed for these groups)
