Impotence Trial Pack

The Impotence Trial Pack contains a selection of the three most widely prescribed PDE5 inhibitors for erectile dysfunction: sildenafil (Viagra), tadalafil (Cialis), and vardenafil (Levitra). Each medication works through the same mechanism but differs in onset time, duration of effect, and side-effect profile. How to Use the ED Trial Pack

This trial pack contains samples of three different PDE5 inhibitors, allowing you to find out which one suits you best. Try each medication on a separate occasion, giving yourself adequate time between doses to allow each one to fully clear your system. Never take two PDE5 inhibitors at the same time and do not take more than one dose of any single product within any 24-hour period.

Sildenafil and vardenafil should be taken 30 to 60 minutes before sexual activity. Tadalafil can be taken as little as 30 minutes before and remains effective for up to 36 hours, giving more flexibility in timing.

Each medicine works in a similar way but has a slightly different speed of onset, duration, and side effect profile. The trial pack is designed to help you and your doctor decide which option is the best fit for your lifestyle and health. The pack typically contains four tablets of each: sildenafil 50 mg, tadalafil 10 mg, and vardenafil 10 mg. These are standard starting doses. Your prescriber may adjust future prescriptions based on your experience with each.

Common Side Effects

Side effects are similar across all three medicines in the pack:

• Headache (the most common, related to vasodilation)
• Flushing of the face, neck, or chest
• Nasal congestion or runny nose
• Indigestion or heartburn
• Dizziness

Tadalafil is more likely to cause back pain or muscle aches. Sildenafil may cause a temporary blue tinge to vision (cyanopsia) or increased light sensitivity at higher doses. Vardenafil has the most pronounced cardiovascular effect among the three.

Seek immediate medical attention if an erection lasts more than four hours (priapism). Never take any of these medicines alongside nitrate medications (such as GTN spray or isosorbide mononitrate) — the combination causes a severe and potentially life-threatening drop in blood pressure.

Do not combine any PDE5 inhibitor with nitrate medications or recreational nitrates (poppers). Only take one type of ED medication at a time. Inform your prescriber of all medications and health conditions.

Contraindicated in patients taking nitrates, those with severe cardiovascular disease, recent stroke or MI, uncontrolled blood pressure, or known hypersensitivity to any PDE5 inhibitor.
